Sumitomo (SHI) Demag’s SE75D-CI Multi-Shot direct-drive all-electric injection molding machines deliver high-profitability double-shot molding with speed, precision, energy efficiency and ease of use – plus exceptional versatility.

The double-shot SE75D-CI (83 U.S. tons) combines dual injection units with a high-speed, high-accuracy rotating plate. The rotary plate enables the use of existing single-shot molds or integrated double-shot mold for significant flexibility and cost savings.

The SE75D-CI features direct-drive, Sumitomo AC servo motors with full closed-loop control and digital sensors. These beltless motors provide superior mechanical efficiency, repeatability and durability, and avoid the problems associated with belt adjustment and dust. Unique to Sumitomo's advanced motor technology is a lighter, compact, low inertia design with the best mechanical configuration for each motion. The result is a low inertia system that:
